The second one because they look more natural with the natural-looking arch to it. It's much more beautiful then a straight line.. those look too serious or something :/

I actually like straight eyebrows, i don't know why, but on this one, i think Selena's are too long and thin. Megan's are fuller and look more natural.
DEFINITELY number two. Beats the heck out of the straight-no-character one.
